I had a hard time figuring out how to use the site and it just felt more confusing than it needed to be

I tried using the responsible gambling limits, but they barely worked the way they should. It’s frustrating because these tools are supposed to help people stay in control, and I expected better. At the very least, I think they owe users an explanation and an apology for how unreliable this feels.

I reached out to rollbit support twice about an issue with my account and barely got any response. It felt like I was just sending messages into a void, with no real person on the other end. Frustrating when you actually need help and it seems like nobody cares

I’d probably give Rollbit 3 stars for deposits. In my experience, they usually go through without any issue, especially with crypto, but I’ve had at least one time where it took longer than I expected and I ended up checking with support just to be sure. So it’s not like it doesn’t work, because it generally does, but it can be a bit frustrating if you’re trying to start playing right away. Overall, it’s okay, just not as consistent as I’d like.

I wish I had read more reviews before getting into the bonuses. The terms didn’t feel very fair to me, and after trying to make it work, it just didn’t seem worth chasing. Definitely a bit of regret on my end.

i used rollbit for a bit and the odds just never felt right to me. wins were usually small, losses showed up quick, and it didn’t feel like the payout was worth the risk.

I tried giving it a chance, but it’s basically the same games you see everywhere else. I got bored after just a few minutes. What made it more annoying was when I had a question and it felt like everything was brushed off with some “that’s our policy” excuse instead of actually helping. Just not a great experience overall
